Well
today was a nice day in the kitchen, it wasn't too stressful. I made a
Shepherd's Pie and some lovely Bananas, Passion fruit and Mango in Lime
Syrup, yummy- and full marks.
Lunch was divine; Spanish and Rosemary soup, Shepherd's Pie and some divine Orange and Mango Sorbet.
After
lunch we had a demonstration with Rachel who showed us how to joint a
full chicken and a Jerusalem Artichoke Soup with Avocado and Roast
Hazelnut Salsa, delicious! Then the amazing Chocolate Fudge Pudding:
Then finally, the perfect Sunday lunch dessert; "Fluffy Lemon Pudding":
Busy night ahead, so it's short and sweet.
